"Zed? Your angels are on their way," Jen intones, in a tone of voice that conveys rescue will be timely. "Keep your heads down."
She leaps for the top of the mech, landing on the smooth metal surface of the top, and braces her legs, knees bent slightly.
"Goldy! Steph! Come on, girls! Zed's Angels are needed!"
She knocks three times for good luck on the mech's surface; if she had time, she'd crawl down to the viewing ports of the mech and stick her tongue out at Duo, but that'll have to wait for the next adventure.
