Peter can keep taunting the Oil, that's fine with Bill. He's just going to keep shooting and back up Real quick like as the Oil moves towards him. That tripping and falling back he does is totally a manuever to get to cover. And the "Shit!" He yelps as he falls is a battle cry. Yep.
He's still got a hold of his gun though and is still firing like mad though, so give you can give him a little credit.
