Well, that certainly explains some of the scents he was getting. Live hostile targets. He doesn't smile, he's not the sort, but those who know him well can tell he's pleased about being here. This...this is what he's done for years. He's missed it.
Ryan doesn't step forward, remembering that the Oil can lash out, but he does move to keep in front of Suzi. The Deatomizer comes up and he fires at one of the aliens. Hopefully it affects them better than the trash bin.
