As the other teams head out, a quiet falls over the armory room, broken only by the gentle hum of the ventilation system and the low rumble of that other machine, whatever and wherever it might be.
Even the noises coming from the bar seem hushed as the waiting part of Team Omega's mission begins.
There's still all that shiny, though. Including some cylinders that look like they might be replacement charges for the Bunny's flamethrower. Ah, those Men in Black. They always come prepared.

Suddenly, through the far door to the hallway, there is a tremendous smash, and the sprites can see the wall beyond crack and buckle, as if something gigantic had slammed against it from the other side.
Another huge smash, and the wall crumbles still more....

Bob takes a step back from the door. He thinks of what Zed told him: If things really go bad, you may have to make the hardest decision of all... Bob can't stand the thought of abandoning his friends like that--of abandoning anyone like that.
But with the Bunny gone and he and Matrix unable to cross the threshhold in any way, they may not have a choice.
